Who We Are
Troy Fagnani is a culinary executive with more than 18 years of experience directing both large and small events for academic, corporate, and non-profit organizations. Raised in a very social Italian family, Troy knows how to create warm and energetic events with delicious food for his clients and their guests. He began his culinary career as a bartender in a busy college town and later worked for a large party rental supplier in Northern California. He successfully blended his marketing and sales experience with his love of food and hand-crafted libations into a new business venture.
Troy is equally comfortable coordinating logistics for large scale events at the LA Memorial Coliseum as he is planning intimate sales meetings for corporate clients at multi-million dollar homes in Malibu. His attention to detail and coolness under pressure make him a great partner for clients and event planners alike. Troy lives in Southern California with his wife and two children. He enjoys entertaining, discovering new recipes and grilling most everything outdoors.
Raymond Bontempo has more than 20 years of experience in the catering and restaurant business. Early in his career, he successfully opened and operated a bustling sports bar in Hollywood and later joined his mom’s catering business to expand their services. Ray comes from a “foodie family” and enjoys overseeing the creation of delicious meals for his clients and their guests. He is best known for his creativity, flexibility and calm demeanor in the kitchen. As a perfectionist, Ray leaves no detail to chance.
He loves cooking for others, and finds his greatest satisfaction when guests refer him to their friends and family members.
Ray and his wife live in Southern California and escape to the coast whenever possible in their custom RV. As a father of four adult children, he is used to cooking for a crowd and managing chaos with a light-hearted demeanor.
